At Skillvedha, we strive to provide high-quality educational content to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 48-hour refund policy, subject to the terms and conditions below:

 

 Refund Eligibility
  • Refund requests must be made within 48 working  hours of the purchase date.
  • Refund requests will only be considered if they are submitted during working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Refunds will only be granted if the course or product has not been significantly accessed, downloaded, or consumed. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if substantial use of the product is detected.

 

 Refund Process

  • Our support team will review the request and respond within 2 business days.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and it may take 5-10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

 Exceptions
  • Refunds are not available for promotional items or discounted courses.
  • No refunds will be provided for any purchases made outside the 48-hour refund window.
  • Refunds will not be granted for purchases made on non-working days.
